Gratitude ~ Where it all Began

This is the gorgeous green paradise island Kauai, HI on the first full moon of 2020! No green in this photo, yet look at the abundance of gold, royal blue, violet and white; mystic, clear, deep and rich in color. This luscious island is where I was fortunate enough to be barefoot & pregnant and where my son was born. The magnificent island of Kauai, HI, also a piece of Lemuria, is where I experienced Divine Intervention during hurricane Iniki in 1992.

The Goddess Pele rules here and is symbolic of Fire and Passion. This breathtaking photo of King Neptune came to me from a friend in Kauai, HI on the first full moon of 2020. King Neptune is King of the Sea. Water is symbolic for emotions; energy in motion. The full moon is about letting go. What are you ready to shed? Old outdated patterns, negative thoughts or limiting beliefs? Tears? It’s OK to Let them Flo! Let them Go! New year, new You, wash away limiting beliefs and shine True!

Negative thinking has a physical impact on the body.  It suppresses the immune system, your defense mechanism for warding off illness; it creates tension in the body and raises your blood pressure.  You feel fatigued, tired and worn out no matter how much rest you get. Your physical strength is also diminished. When this happens, opportunistic infection sneaks in.  When your immune system is weak it is easier for viruses to take advantage of the opportunity and find a host to feed on.

Change your Thoughts, Change your Life!  With that being said, what if you focus on everything you can be grateful for. What if you started a gratitude journal? What if gratitude was your first thought of the day? I am so grateful I have this Magnificent photo to remind me how far I have come, how blessed I am and to reflect on the rich abundance of nature that I so dearly love.

Happy Valentines Day! 💗

“What the world needs now is gratitude. We must begin by

learning what it means to have enough…to feel gratitude for

having been born on the planet so rich in nature, and gratitude for the water that makes our life possible. If you open your eyes

you will see that the world is full of so much that deserves your

gratitude. When you have become the embodiment of

gratitude, think about how pure the water that fills your body

will be. When this happens, you yourself will be a beautiful

shining crystal of light. “

~Dr. Masaru Emoto
