I can always learn something new. I AM learning about nutrition. I AM learning to read the labels. I understand the ingredients. I AM learning how to eat clean. I AM eating more raw Whole Foods. I have a rainbow assortment of raw Whole Foods in my kitchen. I AM eating more seasonal, organic, unprocessed and local foods. I AM aware of the dirty dozen and clean fifteen. I support my local organic small Farmer. I love teaching kids healthy eating habits.

Become a Processed-Free Facilitator and Teach Kids about the Importance of Healthy Eating.
Great class! This is so fun. I volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club in Arizona to assist in this processed free program for the kids. It was an awesome learning experience and the kids loved it. Give your kids a jumpstart to a healthy lifestyle!

"Since 2007, Processed-Free America has been teaching children how to eat more healthfully at Boys and Girls Clubs across Arizona, Texas, and Colorado. Each session integrates nutrition activities, hands-on food preparation, and of course eating! The objective of the series is to acquaint students with the fundamentals of preparing foods, kitchen safety and hygiene, the taste, aesthetics, and nutritive value of plant-based whole foods.
