What is a mantra? A mantra is a commonly repeated word or phrase especially in advocacy or for motivation also known as an affirmation. "Like a seed planted with the intention of blossoming into a beautiful perennial, a mantra can be thought of as a seed for energizing an intention." ~Deepak Chopra

Spoken silently or aloud, sung or written, repetition is the KEY to learning any new skill we are trying to master. When we repeat a mantra we are training our brains to let go of distractions and build resilience against outside influence. Mantras help to quiet the mind, settle emotional and physical stress and expose inner guidance. You're Self awareness sharpens and you become more aware of your thoughts and perspectives. Quieting the mind is no simple task! Most of us are wired to think and think often.
