I am learning and teaching healthy eating habits. I know the difference between natural sugar and refined sugar. I have done my research and I can now define natural sugars. I know that Vitamin C supports a healthy immune system.


Easy 5 Ingredients

Immune Boosting Refreshing

Orange Smoothie


Both fresh oranges and fresh mango contain a good dose of Vitamin C.

Vitamin C supports the growth and development of all body functions including the immune system.

This immune boosting orange smoothie packs a hefty dose of Vitamin C. It has a refreshing orange flavor with a hint of vanilla. Yum, like a creamsicle, your kids and grandkids will love it!

Total time 5 min

Servings 1


Ingredients:

1 large orange peeled

1/2 medium banana frozen

1 C frozen mango

1/2 C almond milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

*use organic when possible


Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and drink immediately for best nutrient intake.
