Here is a Healthy and Fun immune boosting DIY Project for Parents, Grandparents & Children.

Teach and Learn Healthy Habits.

5 Ingredients

*3/4 C Pure Water

*10 oz bag of Organic Frozen

Berries, thawed.

*1/4 C Bulk Beef Gelatin

*5 tablespoons Raw & Unfiltered Clover Honey

*2 teaspoons Vitamin C crystals/powder

Directions:

Makes 1 3/4 C

  1. Combine berries and water in a blender and process on high until completely puréed.

  2. Combine and stir mixture with Gelatin in a saucepan on low heat.

  3. Whisk until Gelatin is completely dissolved, 2-3 minutes.

  4. Remove mixture from heat and allow it to cool 3-5 minutes. Add honey and Vitamin C crystals, whisk to combine.

  5. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth to remove fruit seeds if desired before pouring into silicon molds or 8X8 glass baking dish.

  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hr. Remove gummies from silicon mold or cut into squares and enjoy! Store any remaining gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

*note: if your total Vitamin C content using 2 teaspoons is 10,000 mg and you want 250 mg per gummy, then cutting your gummies into 20 pieces will give you 20, 250mg servings.

Vitamin C supports the growth and development of all body functions including the immune system.

Enjoy making healthy gummy bears for yourself and with your children!

Love, Light, Bliss & Blessings,

💜Sharon
